Chakravarthi (Vijay Raghavendra) is a graduate and needs passport size photos for his applications. When he goes to the photo studio, the owner tells him that the photos have not got developed properly. While they are arguing, Shubha Poonja also comes there looking for her photos and the two meet.
Meanwhile, an ex-MLA Rangayana Raghu is hoping to get re-elected. He receives information that an IT raid is going to happen at his house and so he packs all his black money and gets ready to escape with his PA (Om Prakash Rao). Just when they are about to run away, a group of men come and introduce themselves as photographers from the studio to take election campaign related photos. But these men are actually a gang of crooks and they drug Rangayana and his PA. The crooks escape with the money and when they try to double cross their boss, they are trapped in bigger problems.
Chakravarthi in the meantime bumps into Shubha once again at a dhaba where he saves her from a gang of rowdies. But Shubha hits one of the rowdies with an iron rod and when he collapses, she and Chakravarthi panic and they escape from there. How all these characters intersect with each other and their connections forms the rest of the plot.
