Sugreeva is a unique movie in Kannada cinema as it was directed by 10 directors and was shot in just 18 hours.
Sugreeva (Shivarajkumar) is a car mechanic who runs a garage. He grew up in poverty and badly wanted to learn dance but couldn’t afford the fees for dance classes. So he learnt the steps on his own and now teaches kids in his area who have an interest in dance.
Sugreeva is happily married to Pooja (Yagna Shetty) and has a son. Though they have small financial troubles, they are a happy family and Sugreeva’s son shares his father’s passion for dance. He enters a dance competition and is one of the finalists. While competing in the final round, the boy suddenly collapses and is rushed to the hospital. It is then discovered that he has a heart disease. The costs of the hospital and other issues lead Sugreeva to take an extreme step when his son’s life is in danger….
