Devi Shetty is the arrogant owner of Golden Eagle Oils, a brand which is the biggest in the country and growing its market share every day. He uses all kinds of methods to expand his business and doesn’t hesitate to eliminate anyone who comes in his way including honest government officers. But there is one small black mark in his expanding business. Hulidurga. A town where the Golden Eagle brand has not been able to penetrate. The town is led by Huliyappa Nayaka (Devaraj) and they have their own traditional methods of extracting oil. The sales and prices are regulated so that the farmers, sellers and buyers all work with each other to ensure a balance without greed. As a result the town does not allow or depend on any external oil sources.
Krishna (Darshan) is a relative of Nayaka and in love with his daughter Kaveri (Rashmika) from childhood. Kaveri’s parents are not fond of Krishna and keep trying to get her married to men from the city, but Krishna keeps preventing this proposals.
